📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze and optimize order to cash processes for multinational clients
- Implement and maintain financial systems using SAP and Oracle
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with international standards
- Provide training and support to clients on financial operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Manage and mentor junior consultants
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial services
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations or consulting
- Certification in SAP or Oracle financial modules is a plus
- Strong knowledge of international financial regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
