With locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll be part of a team dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of our guest rooms and public areas. Using advanced housekeeping software like Housekeeping Pro and CleanScape, you'll manage room inspections, track maintenance requests, and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs. Your daily tasks will include inventory management, guest feedback collection, and ensuring all rooms are ready for the next guest.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning using Housekeeping Pro and CleanScape.
• Manage room inventory and track linens, toiletries, and amenities.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address and resolve room issues promptly.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service quality.
• Ensure all rooms are ready for the next guest according to the hotel's high standards.
• Assist in organizing and participating in housekeeping training sessions.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, and corridors.
• Work closely with the front desk to manage room assignments and guest requests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using housekeeping software such as Housekeeping Pro and CleanScape.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
