📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency using our ERP system, SAP.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high compliance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
• Use our compliance software, ComplianceQuest, to track and manage compliance activities.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Certification in Compliance Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulations in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
