📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance using Microsoft Excel and other data tools.
• Manage affiliate relationships, including onboarding, contract management, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate between marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports on affiliate performance and campaign metrics.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize affiliate partnerships and campaign performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of affiliate marketing strategies.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the affiliate management team.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate program policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or similar.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
