📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Work closely with the management team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving HR objectives and driving business results.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
