📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations across all Kebab Monster outlets in Depok and surrounding areas.
• Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain optimization, and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
