📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts for operational sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts.
• Maintain and update inventory records using SAP or similar logistics management software.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for reordering to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure parts are available when needed for maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Provide reports and insights to management on logistics performance and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to logistics and supply chain operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different operational sites as required.
