As a Dropship Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from receiving customer orders to coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery. You will work closely with our team to optimize our supply chain, leveraging tools like Shopify, Zendesk, and Google Sheets to streamline operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire dropshipping process, from order reception to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Utilize Shopify and other e-commerce platforms to manage inventory and track orders.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment and supplier performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and logistics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment and supplier coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the e-commerce or logistics industry.
• Proficient in using Shopify, Zendesk, and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with dropshipping processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market and e-commerce trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
