• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial support to the manufacturing operations, including budgeting and cost control.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff on accounting procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with the audit team to prepare for and conduct internal audits.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of Japanese accounting standards (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
