📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production schedules and high-quality output.
• Lead and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize production processes and equipment, utilizing tools such as ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
• Manage inventory and supply chain logistics, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve key performance indicators.
• Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations, including leadership and team development.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ERP software, such as SAP or Oracle, and other manufacturing management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically for business purposes.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
