📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and ironing of linens and towels.
• Manage and train a team of laundry staff, ensuring they adhere to high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and ensure timely restocking.
• Implement and enforce laundry protocols to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Resolve any issues or complaints related to laundry services promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on laundry costs and efficiency to management.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of laundry services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in laundry management or a related field in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing laundry operations in a 5-star hotel or similar high-end establishment.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and software, such as the Laundry Management System.
• Certification in laundry operations or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
