📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and documentation of architectural projects, using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Participate in design reviews and client meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to the decision-making process.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and present design concepts, ensuring that all project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the architectural field, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Contribute to the firm's commitment to sustainability, by incorporating eco-friendly practices into your designs.
• Assist in the preparation of construction drawings and detailed estimates for project tendering.
• Support the project manager in the administration and coordination of project activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with a strong portfolio of architectural projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
