📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building structures, including but not limited to, floors, walls, and ceilings.
• Install and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address structural issues.
• Recommend and oversee the implementation of solutions to identified problems.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil technical work, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience with building maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid certification in civil technical work or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
