As a Style Advisor at Time International, you'll be responsible for providing personalized styling advice, assisting clients in selecting the perfect pieces, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You'll work closely with our team of experts to maintain the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized styling advice to clients, helping them select the perfect pieces from our curated collection of luxury brands.
• Assist clients in trying on, fitting, and purchasing clothing, accessories, and beauty products.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the latest trends in high-end fashion, ensuring that our inventory is up-to-date and aligned with client preferences.
• Collaborate with the store manager and team to plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and styling workshops.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Manage the store's point-of-sale (POS) system, including processing transactions, handling returns, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Assist in the organization and presentation of the store, ensuring that the layout is inviting and reflective of the luxury brands we represent.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and brand updates to provide accurate and valuable information to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury fashion retail environment, preferably in a high-end boutique or department store.
• Excellent knowledge of high-end fashion brands, including their product lines, pricing, and target markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using POS systems and retail management software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce tools is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for the luxury fashion industry and a passion for helping clients find their perfect style.
