Point Seed Pratama is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, with excellent leadership and organizational skills. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy in our warehouse operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and accuracy.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
