📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and procedures.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Organize and coordinate training schedules and resources.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate training programs.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
