📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles within the company,Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions,Screening and interviewing candidates,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Working closely with other departments to understand their hiring needs and priorities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related role,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
