📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-organized store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-traffic retail environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to travel within Bali Region for store visits and training.
