📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process visa applications for clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.,Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all visa applications are accurate and complete.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering any questions they may have about the visa application process.,Monitor the status of visa applications and provide updates to clients as needed.,Stay up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and policies, and ensure that our processes are compliant with these changes.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of travel and immigration.,Assist in the development and implementation of visa processing procedures and policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient visa processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, international relations, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in visa processing and management.,Strong knowledge of visa regulations and policies, both locally and internationally.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and cross-functional teams.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.,Experience with visa processing software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
