Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide accurate and timely cost accounting information to support manufacturing and financial analysis.
• Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure the financial health and efficiency of operations.
• Analyze cost data and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, including standard cost, actual cost, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cost accounting policies and procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting and financial analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with a focus on manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in using cost accounting software and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian language skills a plus.
