PT Pratama Indah is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our warehouse from anywhere while ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.,Train and develop warehouse staff to improve performance.,Monitor warehouse security and implement safety measures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
