📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
