📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Promote a safe and clean environment in the healthcare facility.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.,Experience in a similar role is preferred.
