📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance.,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a retail or corporate environment.
