📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Plan and prepare menus based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven leadership and management experience.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.,Valid food handler's certificate.
