📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the recruitment team in achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or limited experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and eager to learn and grow in the field.
