📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational objectives.,Provide feedback and support to managers on employee performance and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
