Sumber Sari Bakery is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and any issues that arise.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle inspection reports, maintenance records, and driver logs.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, including training and safety briefings.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of necessary fleet equipment and supplies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
