📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.,Familiarity with performance management and coaching techniques.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
