In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register and work area.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and promptly.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is required.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
