As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and operations. You will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Manage branch budget and expenses.
  • Report to the regional manager on a regular basis.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
