📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tellers in handling customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Ensure accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing.,Provide excellent customer service by being polite, patient, and professional.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in the management of cash and other financial instruments.,Follow all bank policies and procedures.,Assist in training new employees.,Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.,Familiarity with basic banking transactions and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language.,Basic computer skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
