In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Support in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
