📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees to support operational goals.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Familiarity with safety and quality management systems is a plus.
