In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our hotel's registration system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date guest information. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the hotel's registration system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date guest information.,Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to registration and check-in/check-out processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.,Assist in training and supporting new staff members.,Monitor and report on registration system performance and guest feedback.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with registration systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and customs is an advantage.
