📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support.,Maintain open communication with the project manager and other departments to ensure project goals are met.,Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.,Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.,Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
