📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.,Lead data migration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring data integrity and security.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.,Develop and maintain data migration strategies, tools, and processes.,Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior business analysts and data migration team members.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data migration.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in business analysis and data migration.,Strong understanding of data migration tools and technologies.,Proven track record of successfully leading data migration projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
