📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.,Lead and mentor junior recruiters to ensure best practices are followed.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruiters.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
