As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for managing our coffee shop operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and train baristas to ensure high-quality coffee preparation and customer service.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.,Promote our products and services to customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
