In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management roles.,Proven track record of success in managing key client relationships.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
