Central Camp Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate HR policies and procedures with senior management.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
