Sehati Tono Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Admin Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the administrative operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.,Support the management team in organizing and coordinating events, promotions, and other restaurant activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Maintain and update the restaurant's database and customer records.,Assist in preparing and distributing reports and other administrative documents.,Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other administrative documents.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all administrative materials are properly filed and stored.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
