📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the department.,Oversee the work of department staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient service delivery.,Monitor department performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).,Handle staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated team.,Manage department budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
